mobile app runs continuously in the background of your smartphone to offer
clients maximum security and protection. In addition, clients can call, text,
or email a crisis management expert at TigerSwan 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
and 365 days a year.
Location Privacy
In the
event a client does not want to report his or her location for privacy purposes,
the GuardianAngel app offers an incognito mode for location privacy. However,
if a client requires emergency response services while in incognito mode, TigerSwan
is notified of his or her location automatically after pressing the SOS Alarm
button within the mobile app.
Push Notifications
Clients can
stay alert to and informed of changing circumstances by receiving emergency
push notifications specifically tailored to their area. With the GuardianAngel
app, push notifications send clients updates on potential risks, including acts
of terrorism, crime, natural disasters, and civil unrest, giving them peace of
mind regardless of where they are located.
