TigerSwan, LLC: Emergency Assistance Beacons/Sensors

TigerSwan, is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with headquarters in Apex, North Carolina. It was incorporated in 2008 and has since offered security and protection services of the highest quality around the world.

Among the many options to ensure a client’s security, is the TigerSwan Unblinking Eye service. With this service, clients receive personal emergency assistance beacons and or sensors.

The personal emergency assistance beacons that TigerSwan outfits clients with are global positioning system (GPS) and global spatial monitoring (GSM) operated so parties can be located swiftly. Each is equipped with a panic button that, when pushed, immediately sends an emergency message to the TigerSwan Global Operations Centers. The device also opens a one-way microphone so TigerSwan teams can hear what is happening around their client in a time of alarm.

Each beacon sends an electronic ping to the Operations Centers every minute so teams can monitor your travels and maintain awareness of your surroundings through GSM and GPS technologies. When the panic button has been activated, the ping rate increases to once every five seconds.
